We aim to give a personal and friendly service and we take genuine pride in offering good value and attention to detail.

Enterance

Keys will be available at the property on your date of arrival. Arrival time is 3pm on the Saturday.

Departure

Please leave the keys at the property. Departure time is 10am on the Saturday.

Price Guarantee

We guarantee that once your booking has been made and your deposit recieved, the price of your holiday will not increase.

Property Management

For your peace of mind, or general help and advice during your stay, you may telephone 07970 619267 between the hours of 0800 and 2200. In the case of an emergency telephone 07733 177078.

Accommodation

The accommodation provided is for the use of those persons only listed on the booking form.

Equipment/Electricity/Water

The property is fully furnished and equipped sufficient for the needs of a self-catering holiday. Electricity and domestic water are included in the price.

Bed linen and Towel (Excluding beach towels)

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. There will be a charge for any lost towels.

Breakages

Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its content. Any damage or breakages must be paid for and the incident should be reported to the property manager immediately.

Cleaning and Laundry

Your property is cleaned at each changeover. The property contains all the necessary equipment for all you cleaning and laundry needs. ie. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and outdoor drying facilities.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, a £50 charge will be made if the cancellation is more than 2 weeks to the date of your holiday. If the cancellation is made within the 2 weeks of your date of entrance, the cost of your holiday must be paid in full.

We reserve the right to decline bookings where appropriate.
