Fishing

Sea fishing off the point (Old Cottage) at low tide has proven to be a successful venue for catching sea bass. This area provides great sport for many anglers where mackerel can be caught in summer. Coarse, sea and fly fishing are all popular throughout the area.

Walking

Walking is the ideal method to explore the beautiful rock faces, countryside and coastal paths. The breath-taking views and spectacular scenery are all within a short distance of our holiday home.

Mountain Biking / Cycling

Mountain biking in the Peebles was recently voted the UK's best biking route. The surrounding areas and coastal paths provide superb biking routes for all riders.

Feeling peckish? The Tigh Na Mara serve up some delicious meals all within your affordable budget. Bar snacks are also available with a very fine pint.

The beach provides an area of safe sun bathing for all the family, beach activities and access for dogs.

The local off-license provides everything should you wish to entertain indoors. The store also provides post office facilities.
